The rides, mostly 2 hours in length follow the old pack horse trails to such beauty spots as Three Shires Head, where the 3 county boundaries meet, (Cheshire, Staffordshire and
Derbyshire) Normally starting at 10.30am or 2.00pm, all rides are accompanied by qualified staff. Over 30 mostly home bred horses and ponies, which will anyone from the first timer to the more experienced rider.

Get behind the scenes to experience the day to day running of the park, and learn the basics of falconry. You will then have the chance to spend some time handling a variety of birds and owls. Finally you will take a trained hawk into the surrounding woods to fly the bird in a
natural environment.

An exciting full day’s hunting in the beautiful Churnet Valley. After some basic training, head off into the valley after a chosen quarry with highly trained hawks. Following a well earned stop for some lunch at the local pub which boasts an award winning lunch, the hunt will
continue until dusk approaches! Definitely not for the faint hearted!

Wild Park Derbyshire is a centre of excellence for quad biking ! An “extreme” quad bike trekking centre with over 200 acres of land to play with, which include mature woodlands, swamps, brooks, open fields, mounds and speed arenas. Experiences roughly last between 2 and 2.5 hrs, depending on which length of trek you do.

Whether you’re a seasoned road rider, dirt bike junky or have never even ridden a motorbike before, these experience days are perfect for giving yourself a new challenge to get your teeth in to under the guidance of expert instructors. Trials Biking is really an individual sport, no matter what your ability there’s a challenge and thrill waiting for you to take on. Max of 10 people per day.

Millers Dale Bridge provides the most spectacular Peak District abseil site. Here you can have your Derbyshire abseiling adrenaline rush! Your challenge is to abseil over the arch, which is above the River Wye. This gives you an 80 ft abseil of which 70 ft is free hanging!
A session will last a maximum of 2.5 hrs and we guarantee that each participant will get a minimum of 3 abseils!
